Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Creative Ink, we specialize in customized printing services including ID card printing, business cards, banners, T-shirt printing, mug printing, and more in Kolkata and Howrah. As most of our products are personalized, we follow a strict return and replacement policy.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.

• Non-returnable items include:
• Customized or personalized printed products
• Approved designs that have already been printed
• Bulk or corporate orders once processed

Returns are only accepted if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• There is a manufacturing defect

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement Policy

We provide free replacement under the following conditions:

• Product damaged during delivery
• Incorrect product delivered
• Printing mistake from our side

To request a replacement, you must provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Order ID and details

Without valid proof, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
2. Share required proof (video/photos)
3. Our team will verify the request
4. If approved, you may need to ship the product back
5. Replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days

Refund Policy

• Refund is applicable only if replacement is not possible
• Orders cancelled before production are eligible for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before printing starts
• Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed

Important Notes

• Color variation may occur due to screen vs print differences
• Please verify all design details before approval
• Creative Ink is not responsible for customer-approved errors
